• Upon notification of work required, LANDtech provides a one stop complete project service.
     
  • A full Topographical or Legal Survey (depending on requirements of Authority) is conducted.
     
  • All line angle, take-off poles and supports within the Grade One parameters are located for Line Strength Assessment
     
  • Application drawings are prepared in accordance with customer requirements, Railway Regulations, C.S.A. Overhead Systems, Joint Use Occupation Standards and N.S.L.S. Regulations (where necessary).
     
  • LANDtech will make application to the Authority on behalf of the customer and copy all requested client and Joint Use recipients.
     
  • A report outlining any possible existing line strength or clearance deficiencies (i.e.: “in span” & vertical) within the Grade One parameter will be provided.
     
  • Advanced approvals (if available) for priority projects and service to new customer will be faxed or couriered upon receipt for client signature and return.
     
  • The applicant will be responsible to pay all administration, application, cost of easement & flagging fees. In some cases LANDtech will pay these fees on behalf of our client for later reimbursement.
     
  • Final license document will be submitted to client’s counsel for execution and return to the Authority. Copies of registered easements will be provided.
